With the new year comes even more catching up to do! Last Wednesday evening, was the first meeting of the Kentucky based Scrapbook Buddies! My friend Charlene showed up early and brought some treats with her! I had already set up the craftroom and after making sure everything was in order, we went to grab a quick bite. Four other people showed up and it would appear that they had a great time! The room setup worked well and everyone seemed to interact with everyone else! I can't wait for the next gathering.
For my Florida Scrapbook Buddies - did you notice that the Kentucky buddies were holding the layout of the 1st Florida Scrapbook Buddy Meetup? How cool is that?

Savannah is a the little girl of a friend of mine. She has been through so much as has her family. Yet they are blessed since Savvy did get her liver transplant. However, the care of a child with a liver transplant doesn't stop just because the child has a new liver. Until she can grow her own liver, and I hope that someday science allows us to do that, she will need constant and expensive care. And so I hope that you will consider Savannah's COTA fund when you are looking for a charity to support.
